COURSE INTERNATIONALE DE BISCHWILLER

The traditional Bischwiller international race will take place this year on November 23 and 24, 2024.

The race will support the FFST Grand-Est regional championship (LALCAST league) for the 2024-2025 season and will be a round of the IFSS world cup for the DCM, DCW, DBM, DBW, DS1, DS2, DR4, DR6 categories.

New : This year, the ranking will be based on the best of the 2 times you have achieved, which means that if you run both rounds, the best of the 2 will count for the ranking and that if you only run one round, this will count for the ranking.

To participate in the race, you must register online on Canicompet,

On Canicompet, it is possible to register the dog(s) in Nordic breed (RNB1, RNB2 and RNB3), the documents attesting to this must be in the possession of the competitor on the day of the race.

Your registration will only be taken into account if the documents:

- for unlicensed minors: sworn statement from the person with parental authority over a minor, that all questions gave rise to negative answers on the minor sports QS - decree 2021-564 of May 7, 2021 or medical certificate (specifying "in competition") less than 6 months old

- for non-licensed adults: medical certificate (specifying “in competition”) less than 1 year old,

- license,

- vaccines (dog health record strongly recommended to simplify checks)

that you have deposited on Canicompet are valid and that your registration payment has been made.

Course

4.1 km technical course

Recognition possible on Saturday 11/23/2024 from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. without dog and with bib

Opening of the stake-out:

Friday 11/22/2024 at 3 p.m.

Possibility to take a shower at the sports complex:

Friday 11/22/2024 and Saturday 11/23/2024 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunday 11/24/2024 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Distribution of bibs:

Friday 11/22/2024 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Saturday 11/23/2024 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

• 1:30 p.m.: children's cani-cross departures (DCBaby)
• 1:35 p.m.: children's cani-cross departures (DCBenjamin)

• 2:00 p.m.: 4X4 canicross
• 3:00 p.m.: awards ceremony

Departures will be given individually except for the relay

Each dog participating in the race or stationed on the stake-out must be vaccinated against:

• The rage
• distemper
• Rubarth's hepatitis
• leptospirosis
• parvovirus
• kennel cough (PI and Bordetella bronchiseptica).

People present on the race site must respect the rules in force (health regulations, FFST regulations, etc.)

The competitor acknowledges having been warned by the organizers regarding his responsibilities regarding physical harm and the actions of the dog in his care.

For Cani-VTT and team disciplines, wearing a helmet and gloves is compulsory.

Double departure of the musher possible only in 2 different major categories: (list of 4 major categories: 1-CANICROSS / 2-CANIVTT 1 dog / 3-CANIVTT 2 dogs / 4-TETHERING (DS1, DS2, DR4-6-8))

Triple start not allowed.

Possibility of reimbursement in the event of cancellation of registration by the participant after the registration deadline: upon request of the participant and only upon presentation of a medical certificate.
